Just picked up my first camera of 2012 and it’s the new Lytro light field camera. I haven’t had much time to play around with it but it probably is going to become my favorite point and shoot next to my iPhone cam. It’s kind of crazy but you basically don’t have to be concerned with focus, aperture, shutter speed or anything at all. It captures the entire light field and allows me to refocus the image after it’s been shot. Sounds and looks like the future of photography.
